Ever have a customer who want to review the Terms and Conditions before signing the Payment Plan Agreement?

An unsigned Payment Plan Agreement is always emailed to the customer, as an attachment, so that the customer can review the Terms and Condition prior to signing.

The subject line of the email would read as follows: <Dealer Name> invites you to sign your Payment Plan Agreement (Contract XXXXXX)

If no email address was provided, you can always download a copy of the Payment Plan Agreement by accessing the Sign Contract tab, expanding the Upload Contract Scan section and click on Generate Draft Contract.
