Valid Banking Info

To ensure a smooth funding process, valid banking info must be provided. This can be done either with the upload of the customer's void cheque/pre-authorized debit form or via Flinks, an online platform where the customer can log in with their mobile banking log in credentials.

Just a couple of things to keep in mind, the banking information provided must be clear, readable and include:

  • Name of the financial institution

  • Name of the customer

  • The 5 digit transit number

  • The 3 digit financial institution number

  • The account number

Other things to note:

  • Cannot be for a Line of Credit account

  • Cannot be in the name of a third party

  • If a business account is to be used, must also upload the banking info for the personal account
