It may be hard to imagine anyone without a valid email address nowadays, but every so often, this scenario does arise. This is why we've added the No Email Address checkbox, for the customers who do not have an email address. Now you simply need to check off this box.
Once this has been checked off, the system will enter in the default address of [email protected]. Please note that if No email address is checked off, all e-sign functionality will be disabled.
To download a copy of the Payment Plan Agreement for signing, expand the Upload Contract Scan section and click on Generate draft contract.
Remember, for wet ink signing, for wet ink is required, please ensure the first page and last page are signed as the first page is often missed.
