1. Click on New Application.

2. Complete the applicable fields. Things to note:

· Project Cost – Estimated cost of the project

· Email – applicant must have access to a valid email address.

· Search Address – our portal is integrated with Canada Post, simply search the address, and select, it will automatically complete the applicable fields.

· Homeowner – because we do reserve the right to register a Notice of Security Interest on title, the applicant must be the homeowner. In Alberta, if there are more than one homeowner, two homeowners must be on the application.

3. Select +Add Co-Applicant if required and completed the applicable fields.

4. Check off Consent box, ensure that the applicant consent to the Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information.

5. Submit Applicant Info.

Once the application is submitted, it would go through the approval process. This can take up to 15 minutes, most are auto-decisioned within 2 minutes and the average decision time is 5 minutes.

· Approved

· Declined

· Manual Review

· More information required

The system was not able to auto-decision the applicant and a member of the credit team will need to manually review the application. This process can take up to 15 minutes, but the average processing time is within 5 minutes.

The credit team would need some additional information in order to make a credit decision.
