The Quick Quote is a great tool to show off different payment plan options or for different combination of products/installs. You have complete control over the options provided to your customer!
Your customer is ready to go ahead? Perfect! From here you can Download the Quotes, Send All Quotes or Start an Application.
Quotes can be downloaded and attached to an email that is being sent to the customer along with other company information. This way, the customer has everything within one email.
1. Click on Download Quotes.
2. Click Download.
3. Open up the PDF document.
4. Save the PDF on your device.
There is also the option to send the quotes directly to the customer from the portal via email.
1. Click on Send All Quotes.
2. Enter the customer’s email address.
3. Customize the email if required.
4. Click Send.
Start Application
You can start the application process directly from Quick Quotes. This is the suggested route as the customer is fully aware of the payment option they are applying for, the terms, interest rate, etc.
1. After reviewing the options, click Start Application on the select payment plan option.
2. Complete the application
